"Disc is one of the most empowering tools I have ever worked with, and Jess is one of the best coaches you can have to help you. The clear and simple information you obtain about your own communication style gives real insight into how you speak to others, why you may not always communicate as effectively as you would wish, and how you can use speech to maximum effect."

Stuart Leach, Barrister and Communications Consultant

"I admit I was initially a little sceptical about how useful DISC profiling would prove, but it was brilliant: hilariously, scarily accurate! Within a very short time with Jess I learned a lot about myself and how to better understand friends and colleagues."

Kate Finlayson, Editor and Journalist

DISC profiling helps you understand people in minutes rather than months.

That's the word I hear most often from people who have completed DISC profiling. It's certainly how I felt when I first did it too.

If you're not already familiar with DISC, then you're in for a real treat. It is an exceptionally useful and powerful way of understanding different personality types - yours and those of the people around you - and the best way to communicate with them.

DISC is one of the most successful and highly validated personality profiling tests of its kind (with 90% to 95% accuracy) and is used by millions of people and businesses around the world.

I would add another word: 'reassurance'.

What DISC will teach you is that what people sometime describe as 'personality clashes' or an 'inability to communicate' are really nothing more than just differences in styles between people. We all have our own ways of acting and interacting in different circumstances.

As soon as you understand your own style, and the styles of the pivotal people in your life, you gain a powerful insight into how to improve dramatically your mutual communications, teamwork, relationships (personal and professional) and ability just to 'get along'.

How does it work?

DISC recognises that everyone is different, but that we are all predictably different.

It identifies four personality types that we all exhibit in different combinations and intensities. Each style has its own ideal communications style and preferred working environment, as well as its own motivators, fears and challenge areas.

How will it help me and my team?

Gaining an insight into how the people in your team reflect the DISC personality styles means that everyone has a much better understanding of, and respect for, each other's strengths, differences and preferences.

The most effective way to use DISC profiling in your business is for each team member to complete a profile, and then for you all to share key highlights and insights.
